US State Filing & Renewal Fee
Tap any state on the map to see what it costs to register your company there, what you pay every year to keep it in good standing, and how fast the state approves filings. Bizvee's service fee stays a flat $119 — only the state fee changes.

What a filing fee actually is
The filing fee is the one-time charge the Secretary of State collects to put your company on the public register. It is paid to the state, not to us, and it is non-refundable once the state accepts the documents.
Why renewals matter more than formation
A cheap formation state can become expensive once annual reports, franchise taxes and registered agent renewals are added. Look at the renewal column before choosing where to incorporate.
Missing a deadline is costly
Late annual reports trigger penalties and, eventually, administrative dissolution. Bizvee tracks every due date for the states we file in and reminds you well before the deadline.
Fees are published for guidance and are reviewed regularly. States can change fees without notice — always confirm the current amount before filing.
