No. Bizvee works with non-resident founders every day. For US LLCs and UK limited companies there is no residency or citizenship requirement — we handle the registered agent or registered office on your behalf.
How long does the whole process take?+
Most filings are submitted within 24 to 72 hours of receiving your details. State or registry approval then takes anywhere from same day to three weeks depending on the jurisdiction — the exact window is shown before you order.
What documents will I receive?+
Your formation certificate, articles or incorporation documents, operating agreement where applicable, EIN or tax ID confirmation, and a bank-ready PDF pack. Everything is stored permanently in your dashboard.
Can Bizvee help after formation?+
Yes — that is most of what we do. Annual reports, bookkeeping, tax filings, trademark registration, apostilled documents, address renewals and physical document shipping are all available from your account.
What if my company name is rejected?+
We check availability before filing and ask for backups during onboarding. If a registry still rejects the name, we re-file with your alternative at no extra service charge.
