Upload, don't commute

Send scans from your phone. No printing, no courier queue, no morning off work.

Checked before it's stamped

A specialist reads your document first — wrong wording gets fixed before the notary sees it.

Built for cross-border

We notarise the way the destination country expects, then handle apostille if you need it.

Deadline-aware

Tell us the date it must land. We book the earliest slot and keep you posted daily.

Handled confidentially

Encrypted uploads, restricted access, and files purged from working storage after delivery.

Flat, honest pricing

One fee per document. Extra signatories and extra pages don't move the number.

Questions

The bits people always ask.

Is a remote notarisation legally valid?

Yes, in every jurisdiction we operate. Our US notaries are commissioned for remote online notarisation (RON), and our EU, Canadian and Australian notaries use the video-identification procedures their law societies permit. Where a jurisdiction still demands ink on paper, we say so up front and arrange a local in-person appointment instead.

Which notary should I choose?

Follow the recipient, not your own address. If a Spanish bank asks for the paperwork, an EU notary is the safest bet. If it's a Delaware registered agent or a US bank, pick the USA service. Not sure? Order anyway and our team confirms before anything is stamped.

Do you handle apostille and legalisation?

We do. Notarisation is step one; an apostille from the relevant authority is step two. Tell us the destination country at checkout and we'll quote the apostille as an add-on before we start.

How fast is it really?

US notarisations are usually done inside 24–48 hours. EU, Canada and Australia typically take 2–4 working days because appointment slots and registry checks are involved. Rush handling is available — just ask.

What do I need to have ready?

A valid passport or national ID, a clean scan of the document (no cropped edges or shadows), and the full legal name of every signatory. If a company is signing, we'll also need proof you're authorised to sign for it.

Can several people sign the same document?

Yes. Add the document once and list every signatory at checkout — additional signatories on the same document don't cost extra.
