What does £349 cover?+
The flat £349 covers our professional fee AND the UK IPO government fee for one class. Each additional class is £200 (which also includes the extra IPO class fee).
How long does registration take?+
Uncontested applications typically register in 4–6 months from filing. The bulk of the wait is the mandatory 2-month opposition window that starts once the IPO publishes your mark.
What if someone opposes my mark?+
Opposition proceedings are outside the flat fee — we quote separately based on the grounds and complexity. Our clearance search is designed to catch likely conflicts before you spend on filing.
Can non-UK residents file a UK trademark?+
Yes. You do not need to be based in the UK to register a UK trademark. We act as your UK address for service throughout the process.
