01Is this a real address or a virtual mailbox?
It's a real, staffed commercial building in London. The management of your post happens digitally — scanning, forwarding, shredding — but the address itself is genuine bricks and mortar you can use on public filings.
02Can I use it as my registered office?
Yes. The address is accepted as a registered office and director's service address at Companies House, and for HMRC correspondence.
03What does unlimited scanning actually mean?
Every item of business post addressed to you is scanned and uploaded — there is no monthly cap and no per-scan charge. Only physical forwarding is charged, and only at courier cost.
04Why do you need my passport?
UK anti-money-laundering rules require mail-handling providers to verify the identity of every customer. Once you upload a passport scan we verify it and assign your address — usually the same working day.
05Will I get my own suite number?
Yes. Every account is assigned a unique suite number at the building so your post is never mixed with another business.
06Can I add more locations later?
