What is a Confirmation Statement?+
It's the annual snapshot every UK company must file at Companies House confirming its officers, PSCs, registered office, SIC codes and shareholders are up to date.
Is the £75 price the total cost?+
Yes. The £75 includes the £50 Companies House statutory fee and our full filing service. There are no add-ons.
What if I miss the deadline?+
You can file up to 14 days after your review date without penalty, but Companies House can strike off a company that doesn't file at all. We track the date for you.
Can you file if my company has changes to shareholders?+
Yes. We handle share allotments, transfers and shareholder updates as part of the same filing.
Do I still need to file if the company is dormant?+
Yes. Dormant companies file a Confirmation Statement every year, exactly like trading companies.
