What payroll obligations do Hong Kong employers have?

Employers must pay wages on time, issue pay records, enrol employees in an MPF scheme within 60 days, remit monthly MPF contributions, keep wage and leave records, and file IR56 employer returns with the IRD.

What is MPF and how much does it cost?

The Mandatory Provident Fund is Hong Kong's compulsory retirement scheme. Both employer and employee contribute 5% of relevant income, subject to minimum and maximum levels. We calculate and track every contribution.

Which IR56 forms do you handle?

All of them: IR56B (annual employer's return), IR56E (new employee), IR56F (employee leaving) and IR56G (employee departing Hong Kong). Each is prepared and filed on time.

What does the yearly plan save me?

The yearly plan is $999 — you save $201 compared to paying $100 monthly, and your payroll is covered for the full year.

How many employees does the price cover?

The base plan covers small teams; tell us your headcount at checkout and if your team is larger we'll confirm a fair per-employee rate before anything is billed.

Do you handle contractor and director payments too?

Yes — director's fees, contractor payments and mixed workforces are all handled within the same monthly run.
