Never miss your annual return.
Every Canadian corporation — federal or provincial — must file an annual return to stay in good standing. Miss two in a row and the registry can dissolve your company. Bizvee files it for you, on time, every year.
An annual return is not your CRA tax return — it updates the corporate registry with your directors and registered office. Both are mandatory, and missing the registry filing puts your corporation at risk of dissolution.
What's covered
One filing, fully handled.
Federal annual return (Corporations Canada)
For CBCA corporations we prepare and file the annual return through Corporations Canada's online filing centre — due within 60 days of your anniversary date.
Provincial returns covered too
Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec and every other province — we file the correct provincial annual return or annual report for where you're incorporated.
Deadline tracked for you
Your filing window depends on your incorporation anniversary, not the calendar year. We calculate the exact due date and file before it lapses.
Director & registered office updates
Changed directors or moved your registered office? We update those details in the same filing so the public record stays accurate.
Good-standing protection
Missed annual returns lead to dissolution — and a dissolved corporation can lose its name and contracts. We keep you compliant so that never happens.
Confirmation of filing
You receive the filed return and confirmation in your Bizvee dashboard, stored in your document vault for banks, lawyers and auditors.

FAQ
Annual return questions.
Is an annual return the same as a tax return?+
No — they're completely separate. The annual return confirms your corporation's details (directors, registered office) with the corporate registry. Your T2 corporate tax return goes to the CRA. Both are required; we can help with each.
When is my annual return due?+
For federal (CBCA) corporations, within 60 days of your incorporation anniversary date. Provincial deadlines vary — Ontario ties it to your tax year-end, BC to the anniversary month. We calculate the exact date for your corporation at checkout.
What happens if I've already missed it?+
One missed return usually just needs catching up. Multiple missed returns can lead to the corporation being dissolved — but even then it can often be revived. Order the filing and tell us you're late; we'll handle the catch-up and tell you if revival is needed instead.
Does this include the government filing fee?+
The C$99 covers Bizvee's preparation and filing service. Small government fees (e.g. Corporations Canada's filing fee) are paid on your behalf and shown transparently in your order — no hidden extras.
I incorporated federally but operate in Ontario — which return?+
Likely both. A federal corporation files the CBCA annual return, and if it's extra-provincially registered in a province it may owe that province a return too. We check your registrations and file everything that's due.
