Can a non-resident register an Australian Pty Ltd?+
Yes. ASIC requires at least one director who ordinarily resides in Australia — if you don't have one, talk to us before ordering and we'll walk you through your options.
Is the ASIC government fee really included?+
Yes. The A$636 ASIC registration fee is paid by us as part of your flat A$799 — there are no hidden add-ons. Everything listed on this page is covered by the one-off fee shown.
How fast do I get my ACN?+
Most companies are registered within 1–2 business days of a complete order. Your Certificate of Incorporation and ACN land in your Bizvee dashboard.
Do I get an ABN as well?+
